1. How long does it take to process my order?
All of our products are handcrafted. We take 2–3 business days to prepare, package, and process your order with care before it is shipped.
2. How long will shipping take to the United States?
Shipping to the U.S. typically takes 12 – 14 business days after the order is processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship to the United States. For inquiries about other countries, please contact us directly at handmadewithfaith138@gmail.com.
4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status at any time.
5. What should I do if my package is delayed?
If your package hasn't arrived after 14 business days, please contact us at handmadewithfaith138@gmail.com , and we’ll help track it down or offer a resolution.
6. How are items packaged?
Each item is securely packaged in protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. We also include a touch of care and natural aesthetics to reflect the spirit of our brand.
7. Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we offer standard international shipping only. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the near future!
